Prep Passport™

Terms of Use

Last updated: July 23, 2026

Welcome, and thanks for cooking with us. These terms are the agreement between you and Prep Passport (“we,” “us,” “the app”). By using the app, you agree to them. Please read the allergy and health section carefully. It’s the important one.

1. What this app is

Prep Passport is a personal cooking companion. It uses AI to suggest weekly meals, write recipes, build grocery lists, and guide prep, based on the preferences and restrictions you enter.

2. What it is not

It is not a source of medical, nutritional, dietary, or allergy advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or allergist. AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, or wrong, including about ingredients and allergens.

3. Your responsibility for allergies and health

The app’s allergy and dietary tools are designed to help you avoid certain ingredients. They are an aid, not a guarantee. You must always read every recipe and verify every ingredient yourself before buying, cooking, or eating any dish, and confirm it is safe for you and anyone you cook for.

If you or someone you cook for has a food allergy, intolerance, or medical condition, rely on professional advice and your own checks. Never rely on this app alone. You assume all risk for the food you choose to prepare and eat.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own meal planning. Please don’t resell it, copy it, or reverse-engineer it.

5. “As is”

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and the accuracy of content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any harm, loss, illness, injury, or damages arising from your use of the app, the recipes or plans it generates, or your reliance on them, including allergic reactions.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Prep Passport Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. It gives you unlimited personalized weekly plans, full recipes for every meal, your grocery list, and the prep-day flow, for as long as the subscription is active. Onboarding includes a sample week you can see for free, without an account and without subscribing.

Prep Passport Pro is offered as a weekly, monthly, or yearly subscription. All three give you the same access. The price of each option, and the length of each billing period, are shown in the app and on the App Store before you confirm any purchase. Prices may differ by country or region.

Purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Refunds are requested through Apple, and Apple’s terms govern them. We do not see or store your payment details.

8. User content and conduct

Prep Passport includes a shared board called Traveler Suggestions. You can post ideas, report problems, vote, and comment there. Anything you post can be seen by other people using the app.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. By posting you agree not to submit anything offensive, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, or illegal, and not to impersonate anyone or post content you do not have the right to share.

You can report any post or comment from inside the app, and you can block another person so their posts stop reaching you. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts. Anything several people report is hidden automatically while we look at it.

To flag something, use the report option in the app or email [email protected].

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

10. Changes

We may update the app and these terms. If we make a material change, we’ll ask you to review and accept again the next time you open the app.
